From there we scope a focused project or engagement that matches your needs — whether that is a research sprint, a strategy workshop, a design engagement, or an ongoing advisory relationship.
It depends on the scope. Focused sprints — a research study, a UX audit, a brand strategy — typically run two to six weeks. Larger projects combining multiple disciplines, such as a full product design and build, can run three to six months. We always agree scope and timeline upfront before work begins.
We price by project scope rather than by the hour. After a discovery conversation, we propose a fixed-fee engagement with a clear scope of work and deliverables. This means you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before committing, with no surprise invoices.
Yes. After an initial project, some clients choose to continue with a monthly advisory arrangement — a set number of hours each month for strategic guidance, design review, or ongoing research. These are structured as rolling monthly agreements with a short notice period.
