Do you work with clients outside Ireland?▾
Yes. While we are based in Ireland, most of our work is conducted remotely and we work with clients across Europe and beyond. For projects that require on-site research or workshops, we can arrange travel.
How do engagements typically start?▾
Most engagements begin with a discovery call to understand your situation, goals, and constraints. From there we scope a focused project or engagement that matches your needs — whether that is a research sprint, a strategy workshop, a design engagement, or an ongoing advisory relationship.
How long does a typical project take?▾
It depends on the scope. Focused sprints — a research study, a UX audit, a brand strategy — typically run two to six weeks. Larger projects combining multiple disciplines, such as a full product design and build, can run three to six months. We always agree scope and timeline upfront before work begins.
How is your work priced?▾
We price by project scope rather than by the hour. After a discovery conversation, we propose a fixed-fee engagement with a clear scope of work and deliverables. This means you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before committing, with no surprise invoices.
Do you offer retainer or ongoing advisory arrangements?▾
Yes. After an initial project, some clients choose to continue with a monthly advisory arrangement — a set number of hours each month for strategic guidance, design review, or ongoing development. These are structured as rolling monthly agreements with a short notice period.

A discovery call is a short conversation to understand your situation. We'll ask about your goals, your current challenges, what you've already tried, and what success looks like for you. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of whether and how we can help — and we'll follow up with a written proposal if there's a good fit.
