Yes. We're based in Ireland but most of our work is remote. We've worked with clients across Europe location hasn't been a constraint.
How do engagements typically start?▾
A 30-minute call no pitch, no deck. We use the time to understand your situation, what you've already tried, and whether we're the right fit. If we are, we follow up with a clear proposal.
How long does a typical project take?▾
Focused engagements — a brand sprint, a design audit, an MVP — typically run two to six weeks. Larger projects run three to six months. We don't pad timelines.
How is your work priced?▾
By project scope, not by the hour. Before anything starts you get a fixed-fee proposal with clear deliverables and no surprise invoices. You always know what you're getting and what it costs.
Do you offer retainer or ongoing advisory arrangements?▾
Yes. After an initial engagement, some clients stay on for monthly advisory — strategic input, design reviews, or ongoing development. We keep retainer numbers small so the quality doesn't slip.
What does a discovery call involve?▾
Thirty minutes. We'll ask about your goals, what you've tried before, and what a good outcome looks like. You'll get a clear sense of how we work and whether we're a fit. No hard sell.
